TOM SWOOPE / THE DETAILS

Privacy Policy

Effective October 13, 2026

Your information should have a purpose. Here is what we collect, why we use it, and how to contact us about it.

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy describes how Premium Life Enterprises LLC, operating under the Tom Swoope brand ("we," "us," or "our"), handles information collected through tomswoope.com, purchases, consultations, memberships, and related communications. Effective October 13, 2026. Contact: signupwithtom@gmail.com. Mailing address: 1700 West Market Street, PMB#133, Akron, Ohio 44313.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide, including your name, email address, cell number, booking details, business questions, messages, purchase selections, and communication preferences. We maintain order, payment-status, subscription, consent, and customer-service records. Our hosting and service providers may process IP addresses, browser/device details, request logs, and security information. Please do not enter Social Security numbers, full card numbers, medical records, or other sensitive information into general website forms.

3. Payments and private access links

Stripe processes card payments. We receive transaction identifiers, payment status, and related order or subscription information; we do not receive or store your complete card number or security code through our checkout. Purchase, download, booking, and member access links may contain private access tokens. Treat them like passwords and do not post or forward them. Administrative sign-in is provided through ChatGPT; access is checked before administrative data is released.

4. Why we use information

We use information to process payments, deliver purchased content and bonuses, manage memberships and consultations, provide support, keep customer records, detect abuse, and meet legal and accounting obligations. With your applicable permission, we use it to send offers, educational content, abandoned-checkout reminders, and membership updates. Purchasing does not require optional marketing consent.

5. Email, text, and your choices

We use Klaviyo for email marketing and related automation when configured. Explicit email opt-ins are submitted from the website to our Klaviyo email list. Service-message events contain the private access links needed to deliver purchases or manage bookings. Email marketing permissions are separate from transactional communications about an order, payment, booking, or membership. Unsubscribe through the link in a marketing email or contact us. Giving us a cell number for a transaction does not by itself authorize promotional texts. If promotional SMS is offered, separate consent and SMS terms will be presented; consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. An opt-out does not prevent necessary non-promotional service communications.

6. Service providers and disclosures

We share relevant information with providers that support hosting and storage, payments (Stripe), email (Klaviyo), identity (ChatGPT), and group calls (Zoom when used). They process information under their own applicable policies and our service arrangements. We may disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to legal process, prevent fraud, protect rights, or complete a business transfer subject to appropriate protections. We do not sell your personal information for money. We do not provide mobile opt-in information to third parties for their independent marketing.

7. Cookies, measurement, and advertising

The site and its providers may use essential cookies, browser storage, and similar technologies for security and functionality. With your advertising-cookie permission, we use the Meta Pixel and, when connected, Meta Conversions API to measure public-page visits, guide views, checkout starts, and verified purchases, and to support advertising audiences. Meta may process device, browser, IP address, and event information under its own policies. We do not send private download tokens or contact-form details through the browser Pixel. For consented server purchase measurement, we may send a hashed email address, browser identifiers, IP address, user agent, purchase amount, and an event identifier to Meta. Hashing is a matching technique, not a guarantee of anonymity. Stored order-matching records are deleted after 90 days. Use the Privacy choices button to accept or reject advertising tracking; shopping does not require acceptance. Local browser storage saves your choice and helps avoid duplicate purchase reports. Browser controls can limit cookies but may affect functionality. We do not promise that every browser Do Not Track signal changes website behavior. Where applicable law requires recognition of an opt-out preference signal, we will honor it for covered processing.

8. Retention and security

We retain information as reasonably needed for transactions, ongoing services, customer support, legal obligations, disputes, and fraud prevention. Retention varies by record type and applicable requirements. We use reasonable safeguards, including restricted administrative access and encrypted storage for configured service credentials. No internet service or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

9. Your privacy requests

You may ask to access, correct, or delete your information, withdraw applicable consent, or receive information about our processing by emailing signupwithtom@gmail.com. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to portability, restriction, objection, opt-out, or an appeal. We verify requests proportionately, respond within applicable legal deadlines, and retain records when law or legitimate obligations require it. We do not discriminate for exercising applicable privacy rights. An authorized agent may contact us with evidence of authority. We do not claim every jurisdiction-specific right applies to every visitor.

10. Group calls, children, and international processing

Group participants can see information you choose to share in a call, such as your display name and comments. Do not share confidential client information. Recordings are not currently promised; if we plan to record a session, we will notify participants and obtain consent where required. The site and paid services are intended for adults age 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child provided information. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where service providers operate, subject to applicable legal safeguards.

11. Changes and outside websites

Third-party links have their own privacy practices. This policy may be updated as our services or obligations change. We will revise the effective date and provide additional notice when required. A material change does not retroactively override consent or rights required by law.
