Terms and Conditions
Effective October 13, 2026
Know what you are buying, what is included, and what happens next. These terms explain your rights and responsibilities.
1. Agreement and operator
These Terms and Conditions govern tomswoope.com and purchases from Premium Life Enterprises LLC under the Tom Swoope brand. Effective October 13, 2026. By using the site you agree to applicable use terms; by purchasing you agree to the purchase terms presented for your order. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. Contact: signupwithtom@gmail.com. Mailing address: 1700 West Market Street, PMB#133, Akron, Ohio 44313.
2. What you are buying
Each product page and checkout identify the guide, service, price, and any selected optional add-on. Add-ons require your selection; they are not mandatory. Both bonus directories are included with any verified paid purchase as described on the site. A free interest registration does not qualify. Bonuses have no separate cash redemption value. A guide purchase does not include private consultations or membership unless expressly stated. We may change future offers and prices without changing an already accepted order.
3. Digital delivery and license
Purchased PDFs and included bonuses become available through your purchase access page after payment is verified. Save the private access link. Delivery may be delayed by pending payments or security review. Contact us for access problems. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own learning and internal business purposes. You may print your own working copy. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, share access links, remove ownership notices, or turn the materials into a competing product without written permission. Ownership and copyright remain with us or the applicable rights holders.
4. Digital refunds and billing problems
Because digital products provide access to downloadable content, sales are generally final once access is delivered. This does not limit refunds or remedies required by law. Contact us for duplicate charges, missing delivery, corrupt files, or a materially incorrect order; we will investigate and provide an appropriate correction or refund when warranted. An optional add-on is part of the order you selected and does not create an automatic separate refund right. You retain lawful dispute and chargeback rights; we may supply accurate transaction and delivery records in response to a dispute.
5. Membership: recurring payments and cancellation
Iron Sharpens Iron costs $20 per month, charged when you join and renewing automatically each month until canceled. Enrollment requires express recurring-payment consent. It includes one group Zoom call each month; private consultations and all paid guides are separate. The call date and Zoom details are currently TBA. Joining while TBA starts billing immediately, not on the call date. Recordings and individual speaking time are not guaranteed. Cancel future renewals through the cancellation button on your private member access page before the next renewal. If that page is unavailable, email us for help canceling. Access generally continues through the paid period. Cancellation does not automatically refund the current period, except where required by law. If we cannot provide the promised monthly call, contact us for an appropriate make-up session, credit, or refund; we will not rely on TBA to eliminate our service obligation. Future price changes will be disclosed in advance as required, with an opportunity to cancel.
6. Consultations, deposits, and scheduling
Business consultations require the deposit displayed at booking; the deposit is credited toward the displayed total. The remaining balance is due 12 hours before the scheduled call. A booking may require approval, as indicated by its status. Insurance calls do not require a deposit. The booking page states the applicable cancellation and rescheduling window; your private management page provides available changes. Canceling a booking does not itself issue an automatic payment refund. Refunds or credits depend on the disclosed booking policy and applicable law. Late cancellations and missed sessions may forfeit the reserved-session payment where the booking policy expressly provides it. Contact us if you are inside the self-service change window. If we cancel and cannot agree on a replacement, we will refund the unused service payment. Unpaid balances may prevent a call from proceeding; payment does not guarantee outcomes.
7. Educational information, not guaranteed results
Guides, directories, group calls, and general business discussions are educational. They do not establish an attorney-client, tax-adviser, investment-adviser, credit-repair, or fiduciary relationship. They are not personalized legal, tax, securities, or insurance advice. Use qualified professionals for decisions specific to your circumstances. We do not guarantee revenue, funding, grant approval, improved credit scores, investment returns, insurance eligibility, policy performance, or generational wealth. Examples and personal experiences are illustrations, not promises of typical results. Insurance recommendations and sales, when available, require separate licensed processes and carrier terms. No guide itself creates insurance coverage or a trust.
8. Directory entries and outside offers
Lender, grant, card, investment-platform, and insurance information may change. Confirm eligibility, fees, interest rates, application dates, availability, and terms directly with the provider before relying on an entry. Inclusion does not guarantee approval or imply an endorsement, partnership, or sponsorship. We are not responsible for a third party's decisions or services. Any compensated referral or affiliate relationship will be disclosed where applicable. Never submit false information in an application.
9. Conduct and customer content
Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, share private access credentials, interfere with checkout, infringe intellectual property, harass participants, or use the services for fraud. You are responsible for the information you submit and must have permission to share it. We may use submissions only as reasonably needed to provide services and administer the site. We will not publish your private business questions as a testimonial without permission. Do not share confidential client records in group calls. We may suspend access for serious misconduct or fraud, subject to applicable law and appropriate treatment of undelivered paid services.
10. Availability, warranties, and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the site and educational materials are provided as available without additional implied warranties. This does not waive express promises in your order or any non-waivable consumer protections. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, such as lost profits, arising from use of the site or materials to the extent legally permitted. Where lawful, our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to that claim. These limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited. You remain responsible for your own decisions and for verifying information before acting.
11. Disputes and applicable law
Please contact us with your order details and the issue so we can try to resolve it promptly. Ohio law governs to the extent permitted, without depriving you of mandatory protections in your home jurisdiction. Courts in Summit County, Ohio are the agreed venue where legally enforceable; applicable small-claims rights and mandatory consumer venue rules remain available. These terms do not impose forced arbitration or waive statutory rights.
12. Updates and general provisions
We may update these terms for future use and purchases by changing the effective date and giving notice where required. Terms in effect when your order is accepted govern that order unless a lawful change is separately agreed. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue where legally permissible. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. The product description, checkout disclosures, applicable booking policy, and these terms form the purchase agreement; mandatory legal rights prevail over conflicting provisions. Our Privacy Policy explains data handling.
